Body Contamination Monitors

To monitor personnel who are potentially exposed to radioactive contamination, the facility can install body contamination monitors.

These can be used for personnel exit monitoring – people leaving radioactive contamination controlled areas.

Radioactive contamination, if undetected or not properly controlled, can spread to contaminate areas, equipment, personnel, and the environment.
