Testing
Testing is the determination of one or more characteristics of an object of conformity assessment, according to a procedure.
Accreditation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” for the testing and calibration activities is granted by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) to Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) for their competence to carry out such activities.
NABL has accredited RPL’s testing facility as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The scope of accreditation can be downloaded from here.
We are AERB approved agency for performing Quality Assurance of Diagnostic X-Ray equipment.
Prior to apply for license for operation of X-Ray equipment, Quality Assurance (QA) from authorized suppliers/ accredited service agencies as per AERB prescribed formats is required.

In 2008, our company’s director Mr. Pankaj Sanghavi, realized that there is a huge requirement of QA as a service to hospitals and diagnostic centres. RPL was focussed on creating awareness for the same emphasizing both regulatory compliance and ensuring safety of patients and medical staff. In 2013, RPL became the first company in India to get prestigious authorization from AERB to provide QA services for all Diagnostic X-Ray equipment modalities.

We provide radiation safety testing services for X-Ray inspection systems using radiation survey instrument suitable for the X-Ray energy under reference and with a resolution of 0.01 µSv/h or better.
